Systems Distributed – Fulfillment Policy
Thank you for your interest in attending Systems Distributed, presented by TigerBeetle. Please read our fulfillment policy below, which outlines our approach to refunds, ticket delivery, and cancellations.
Refund & Return Policy
We understand that plans change. To ensure we can make unfilled seats available to others, we offer refunds up to 30 days prior to the event start date:
No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event, or after 19 May.
We will gladly transfer tickets to a new attendee if the original purchaser sells or gifts their ticket. Please contact us to update the ticket holder’s details.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All tickets are delivered digitally. A receipt will be emailed to the purchaser immediately upon payment. This is powered by Stripe.
A tax invoice can be issued upon request. Please email marina@tigerbeetle.com with the required information for your invoice.
All ticket prices are final and inclusive of applicable fees.
If you are a registered student and would like to inquire about a discount, please contact the organizers directly before purchasing.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that Systems Distributed is cancelled, all ticket holders will be refunded in full for their ticket purchase. Please note: we cannot reimburse other costs associated with attendance, such as travel, accommodation, or insurance.
